Founder Roots
When I was working in my own startup I noticed that we were always juggling fluctuating work loads, critical deadlines, and cash crunches. After having gone through the challenging wringer of fundraising, product development, and exit - I started to question why was so complicated... It made me realize how a lot of common mistakes and existing service gaps could be addressed.
I wanted to create a approach, rooted in a fundamental understanding what it takes to launch a product, which works within the realities of business.
